Wildcat  cup  competition

EXPLAINED
Very similar to the FedEx Cup on the PGA, players compete through the (summer) season for points.  For each team outing, players will be awarded points based on where they finish for a specific competition.  Rules are as follows:
  • The amount of points a player is able to win at each team competition is based on how many players compete.
  • The top prize will earn 100 x as many points as the number of players that competed (For example, 8 players compete = 800 points for 1st place, 11 players compete = 1100 points for 1st place).
  • 100 points will be deducted for every place a player finishes behind 1st place.  For example, in a 5 player competition, 1st place would receive 500 points, 2nd place earns 400 points, 3rd place earns 300 points, 4th place earns 200 points, 5th place (last) earns 100 points.
  • If there is a tie, the players will combine and divide there points by the number of players that tied.  For example, if there are two players that tie for first in a five player competition, the they would each earn 450 points (500 + 400 = 900 divided by 2)
